Back in school to pick up some skills in computer drafting and design, then onto a construction management degree. The
first two years earn an AS in CDD (Computer Drafting and Design)
followed by two more years to earn a BS in Construction Management.

Job Evaluation (pending)
Time to look for a better fit at another company. At least this gives me time to
concentrate on the house
remodeling.

Down to the last few items in the outer walls to be finished before
sheetrock and insulation. I've got my eye on a CNC machine to
rework the trim work. Still have to fill in the trench for the
services and complete some exterior painting. All that depending
on the weather.

Finally got the furnaces in, but they still need some fitting into the
brick work. Looks like I will have to get a chimney built to
shield the wind form the vent pipes. A good wind on the vents
tends to blow out the furnaces. I'll be preparing a suit against
the one contractor that fell short of his contract.
Spring 2008, we started the next major
remodel on the house. This includes all new doors and windows,
whole house insulation, new exterior acrylic stucco, new metal tile roof, relocation of electrical
and utility services, all new electrical wiring in the house, French
drains, basic landscaping, and some interior wall relocations. All
to be capped off with new sheetrock and plaster walls. Plus a sell
off of a lot of stuff. Next is a new
set of bathrooms and a kitchen remodel.

July 2008 - Ass Chewing, Comedy & Tragedy
 The
chair is sitting in 3rd floor workshop now, but is still waiting for
construction to finish to begin sewing. I'll start work on the CAD
diagrams for the fabricator as soon as construction completes.
After the CAD is done, my next
task to do do a pillow as an example of the material and different
stitches.

I still have a little work to do on my last saddle bags. I also
plan to make a large tote that matches, plus some holster work for my
new guns and sniper rifle.

The truck got vandalized early one morning. It chirped at me, but I didn't
see anyone when I looked out. Fuckers used a professional tool to remove
the lock and cut the battery cables. Insurance repaired everything and I
picked up a CZ75B as a little buddy the next time it chirps at me.
